Rental Terms: The Renter must meet all eligibility requirements, including having valid identification and being at least 18 years old. 

Rental Fees and Payment: The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee and any additional charges specified by the Company before the rental period begins.

Security Deposit: All rental fees and charges must be paid before the rental period begins. A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of the motorcycle and accessories in the same condition, minus any applicable deductions.

Damages: The Renter is responsible for any damages to the motorcycle and its accessories during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Pre-existing damages should be reported before rental. Prompt notification of any damages or accidents is required.

Loss of Income Due to Repairs: If the motorbike requires repairs due to damages, the Renter must compensate the Company for lost income during the repair period. The daily compensation rate is 800 THB for motorbikes 300cc or below and 1,400 THB for motorbikes above 300cc, up to a maximum of 10,000 THB. Additionally, a 10% administration fee will be applied to the total repair cost.

Liabilities: The Renter must comply with all laws and regulations while using the motorcycle.

Responsibility for loss or theft:  The Renter is responsible for the security of the motorcycle. In case of loss or theft, the Renter must report it immediately to the police and pay 100% of the motorcycle’s market value as compensation.

Third-Party Liability and Accident Procedure: In the event of an accident, the Renter must immediately notify the Company and the local police. The Renter must not leave the scene until authorised by the police. The Renter is responsible for any third-party damages, injuries, or property loss not covered by the Company’s insurance. Failure to follow this procedure will result in full liability for all damages and void any insurance coverage.

Early return: If the Renter returns the motorcycle before the end of the rental period, no refunds or adjustments will be made for the unused rental time. The Company may terminate the rental and take legal action in case of noncompliance.

Maintenance and Care: The Renter must return the motorcycle in the same condition as received. Any damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications are the Renter’s responsibility.
Only Premium Unleaded 95 fuel may be used, and the bike must be returned with at least the same fuel level. Refueling fees apply: 100 THB (≤ 300cc) or 200 THB (> 300cc). Helmets must be returned clean and free of smoke odor; otherwise, a 100 THB cleaning fee will be charged

Indemnification: The Renter agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the use or misuse of the motorcycle by the Renter or any unauthorised rider.

Noncompliance and Termination: The Company may terminate the rental agreement and take legal action in case of noncompliance by the Renter.

Insurance: The company will offer mandatory medical insurance coverage of 30,000 THB, as mandated by law. However, the renter is accountable for any deductibles or costs not covered by the insurance in the event of a claim made with the company.

The Company highly encourages the Renter to seek their own insurance coverage or take necessary precautions to protect against potential financial losses resulting from accidents and damages during the rental period.
